Job Summary

Kforce is seeking a Change Management Analyst in Chesterfield, MO. This role involves executing the MiTek Forward change management plan, ensuring alignment with milestones and stakeholder priorities. Key responsibilities include refining and maintaining communication and training materials, developing new change documentation, and creating various communication content such as FAQs, talking points, user presentations, and SharePoint content. The analyst will partner with Training and Change teams to update materials across multiple project tracks, driving stakeholder understanding and adoption.

Must Have

  • Partner to execute the MiTek Forward change management plan
  • Refine and maintain communications and training materials
  • Develop net new change documentation
  • Create and maintain communication materials including documentation, meeting materials, FAQs, presentations, and SharePoint/intranet content
  • Partner with Training and Change teams to update communication materials
  • 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, change communications, or L&D
  • Proven track record managing training and communications for large-scale enterprise transformation (ERP, CRM, or similar)
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and content planning skills
  • Ability to translate complex program activity into clear, engaging, audience-specific communications
  • Experience managing communications distribution lists and applying stakeholder analysis
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook distribution groups, and Microsoft Teams

Job Description

Kforce has a client in Chesterfield, MO that is seeking a Change Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management Strategy Execution:

  • Partner to execute the MiTek Forward change management plan, ensuring alignment with change milestones, stakeholder priorities, and program phases
  • Refine and maintain the communications and training materials in collaboration with the Change Management Lead and workstream teams
  • Develop net new change documentation to help drive stakeholder understanding and adoption

Change Management Content Development:

  • Create and maintain a range of communication materials including: Change management documentation; Stakeholder meeting materials; FAQs, talking points, and user-facing rollout presentations; SharePoint/intranet content
  • Partner with Training and Change teams to update communication materials across all engagement channels for multiple project tracks

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, change communications, or L&D
  • Proven track record managing training and communications for large-scale enterprise transformation (ERP, CRM, or similar)
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and content planning skills
  • Ability to translate complex program activity into clear, engaging, audience-specific communications
  • Experience managing communications distribution lists and applying stakeholder analysis
  • Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook distribution groups, and Microsoft Teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
